Ship Security Officer
This is a 21-hour course that is designed for individuals who may be designated to perform the duties and responsibilities of a Ship Security Officer, as defined in the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code. Successful registrants will be issued a certificate of proficiency under Transport Canada guidelines.

Internal Auditing
This is a 21-hour course designed for individuals who may require the skills to perform internal audits of security activities performed under a marine facility security plan and to satisfy auditing requirement set out in the Marine Transportation Security Regulations. The focus of the course is on group workshops and hands-on practical auditing experience. Successful students will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Security Awareness training is required for all Seafarers, as stipulated in the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification & Watchkeeping for Seafarers. Successful registrants will be issued a certificate of proficiency under Transport Canada guidelines.
